Photo looking upstream to Bailey Falls?

Where is this? Needs confirmation.  Photo from OARS, possibly looking upstream to the bottom of Bailey Falls (image has low resolution). Compare to this image, perhaps showing the lower part of this scene.  Widowmaker rapid may be just beyond the bottom of this photo. This might be on another river.
