Tribute by ETC to Graciella Rossi and Rick Spitler

A lovely and deserving tribute to two heroes of the Stanislaus – Graciella Rossi, who took on transforming ETC in the mid-1970s and went on to be a leading FOR activist for the river, and her husband, Rick Spitler, who also transformed ETC and then went on to manage the UC Berkeley Cal Adventures program.
