Overview of Knight’s Creek as it joins Rose Creek

Knight’s Creek joined Rose Creek just a bit up from Rose’s confluence with the Stanislaus. It was a small side creek with some great rock formations, though a bit harder to climb up and lacking the amazing pools that Rose had. This image is from 2016, showing the devastation of New Melones reservoir. In this view, Widowmaker Rapid is just in view in the upper left of the image.
