Video of scenes from the 1974 Proposition 17 campaign, particularly the Oct-Nov efforts in Los Angeles, using homemade sheets for billboards and signs. Included in video are: Bruce Simballa, Graciella Rossi, Dennis Vierra, Janet (Johnson) Coulter, Mark Dubois, Don Briggs and others. Don used his 8mm camera & produced this film- ‘stream of consciousness’/unedited.
