Description:
This short video shows a short overview of the Rose Creek watershed, then begins at the creek’s confluence with the main Stanislaus River and moves upstream, going all the way up towards the headwaters of the creek. The section most visited by rafters in at the beginning of this part of the video, though Rose Creek has little water in it, making it hard to see the pools and other features that were so actively used by hikers and rafters. The video was done as part of the same project that created the 51 minute helicopter video from Parrott’s Ferry to Camp Nine.
