ARTA guide Suzanne Jordan – 1949-2020

You can’t tell it from the black and white, but everyone knew it was Suzanne guiding a raft by her long, bright red hair. Guiding for ARTA, she went from the Stanislaus and the Tuolumne down to the Grand Canyon and became one of the long time guides there.  There’s a long appreciation of her in the Boatman’s Quarterly Review from 2020 (in a few pages)
