Don Briggs on the phone for FOR, as usual

Don was non-stop in his work to attract news media attention to the Stanislaus campaigns, particularly during the May 1979 period when Mark Dubois was chained on the river, to stop the filling of New Melones Dam. This may have been taken by Coni Beeson, and is likely at Don’s Oakland apartment “office” (he also worked out of the San Francisco FOR office).
