The Row for the River armada enters San Francisco’s Aquatic Park

The final day of Row for the River (day 8, September 21, 1974) and the armada of over 100 paddlers, including the 20 who made the entire 175 mile trip, enters San Francisco’s Aquatic Park!  The inflatable Army decoy truck being towed by a motor boat in the middle with the fire boat sprays in back and on the far right, paddlers plus wind surfer (brand new thing at that time) Blake Swanson, and the ARTA double rowed raft (Bob Center and others).
