Lobbying on behalf of including the Stanislaus in Burton’s park-barrel bill.  Patty, aka Shortcut’, stepped up for the River and moved to DC. Night and day she found key decision makers and engaged them in the Stanislaus.  Here, outside the Rayburn House Office Building, she recognized a key congressional staffer, and gave him an update.
