1977 Hearing in State Capitol on legislation to save the Stanislaus River

These four photos appear to be a hearing called by State Senator Peter Behr (at the dias in top two images) to consider state wild river status for the Stanislaus River. Notes on the slides indicated it was for SB 107, but that is unclear. Needs more info.  At bottom right and speaking top right is Alexander Gaguine, a prominent river activist.  Needs ID of people here. Bottom left is Michel Remy, prominent environmental attorney and PCL president, Bill Patterson, Sierra Club activist, and Ronit Rieser– each long time dedicated Stanislaus supporters.
