This is the 20 page hearing packet for a review of conditions in Decision 1422, about whether increased storage should be allowed for New Melones Dam. The original Decision 1422 limited filling of the reservoir for non-flood control needs, but in 1983 an El Nino year brought huge rainfall and runoff that required filling the reservoir.
