Governor Jerry Brown calls for halt to filling of New Melones Dam in May 1979

Gov. Jerry Brown speaking at May 1979 rally to urge a halt to the filling of New Melones Dam as Mark Dubois was chained to bedrock just below Parrott’s Ferry. Gov.
