Description:
Howard was one of the first river rangers employed by BLM on the Stanislaus River (Brad Welton was the first), and a wonderful human being. He went on to become a noted expert on Mountain Lions (pumas), jaguars and other creatures, and was the lead conservation scientist for Panthera, among other prominent roles. More on Howard here .
