Description:
Stein Buer, rowing a Huck Finn raft on the Stanislaus. Sein used to keep in shape on the UCD campus between trips by filling his knapsack with iron weights while walking to class. Today he’s the Executive Director for the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency.
