Proposition 17 mini-flyer

3×5″ handout listing all the supporters of Proposition 17, the “Deliver the River” initiative to save the Stanislaus River. The measure had tens of thousands of volunteers working for it, but couldn’t overcome deceptive ads fueld by dam interests who hugely outspent Friends of the River, leading to the measure’s failure in November 1976.
