Rick Spittler, Bob Metts – excited about Stanislaus access for the disabled

We don’t really know what Rick is so excited about, but it’s probably something to do with etc (now Environmental Traveling Companions), which allowed disabled people to raft the Stanislaus. Bob was half of the famous whitewater rowing team of he (who was a polio survivor) and Dennis Fantin (who is blind and rowed the raft to Bob’s commands).
