"Row for the River" at the Corinthian Yacht Club, Tiburon.

Kayakers getting ready, as part of the week long Row for the River, in support of Proposition 17 during September 1974, just before the November election.  In the back is a blow up army decoy truck (loaned by John Vail) that was mounted onto a raft for the trip across San Francisco Bay to the finish at Aquatic Park.
