The Stanislaus River Archives Center opened on June 10, 2010, and was dedicated to The “Remembering the Stanislaus, Honoring All Who Fought to Save Her, Disseminating the Valuable Lessons Learned from the Struggle, and Saving Other Rivers. It moved to nearby
Columbia in 2017. It was founded by Stanislaus River archivist Martin Blake.
