Very low water view of Rose Creek Confluence from Camp 9 Road

This is a much photographed view from Camp 9 Road, looking directly down on Rose Creek confluence with the Stanislaus (compare this view to higher water here ).Interesting to figure out why there’s no river flow on this July afternoon – maybe the dam release was late or off.
