Description:

Stanislaus River activists use an old military inflatable decoy truck to hold signs during a protest at the Sacramento Federal Building against filling New Melones above Parrott’s Ferry. The inflatable truck was later used in the Row for the River and loaned by outfitter John Vail/Outdoors Unlimited, who had acquired it from Wayne Thiebaut, who became a hugely famous artist.
